Course Overview

The GWO Basic Technical Training - Electrical course is designed to give participants the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work under supervision to complete basic electrical tasks in a wind turbine environment following safe working procedures and using PPE. This is an entry level course and will not qualify participants to work on complex or unsupervised tasks without further qualifications or experience.

More Information & Pre-Requisites

  • Certificate validity:

    • No expiry

  • Items to bring:

    • Photo ID (e.g passport or driving license)

    • Safety boots or shoes

  • Pre-requisites:

    • Participants must be in a good state of physical fitness (participants will be required to fill in a medical self-declaration)

    • Participants must have a WINDA ID (to obtain a WINDA ID, participants can register here
