Course Overview
The GWO Enhanced First Aid course is designed to give participants the knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide enhanced first aid to casualties within the wind industry, using advanced first aid equipment and medical teleconsultation. Participants will be given the skills to handle life-threatening, major, and minor injuries and medical conditions that may arise when working in a wind turbine environment, while consulting with a more advanced medical professional, in order to treat, stabilise, or prepare casualties for evacuation to a medical facility.​
