Rescue – D2 Personal Evac Kit

ISC D2 Personal Evacuation Kit. Training you and your team in the safe use of the D2 Evac kit this short course gives theoretical and practical use in reasons for deployment, safe anchor selection, operation and routine maintenance.

This course applies to both on-shore and off-shore activities.

The International Safety Components D2 is a rugged and easy to use rescue device. The device is a personal rescue device for individuals working at height where rescue may be delayed or impractical. This hands on course will give you and your team the chance to deploy using this device in a range of scenarios. This course can be added onto any working at height course that is all ready being undertaken.

Entry Requirements: Minimum age 18. Medical declaration required to attend. Must be fluent in English for safety reasons. An in date and valid Working at Height certificate or IRATA/SPRATS certificate is required to complete this course.

Medical requirements: A self-certified statement of reasonable medical fitness will be required prior to attendance. Should be comfortable with exposure to height.
